A. Quiet Enjoyment
- Illinois residents have the right to the Quiet Enjoyment of Streets (and homes).
- Densified 4G/5G Infrastructure in 2020 transmits excessive Effective Radiated Power — aka too much Electromagnetic Power Through-the-Air — which ruins the Quiet Enjoyment of Streets (and homes).
- Solution: local regulation of all three properties of Wireless Telecommunications Facilities — V • H • P — Vertical • Horizontal • Power regulations that provide wireless telecommunications service AND preserve the Quiet Enjoyment of Streets (and homes).
